The Fall Armyworm moths usually lay the eggs on either side of the leaf. Generally, the eggs take two to three days to hatch in warm tropical conditions. After hatching the young caterpillars move to the maize funnel where they hide during the day and feed on the young leaves.
The caterpillars (larvae) normally grow for 2-3 weeks while feeding on the crops thereby causing great damage. These caterpillars then crawls into the soil whwre they pupate (develops into pupa). The pupal stage lasts for about 1-2 weeks after which it becomes an adult moth.
The female fall army worm can lays eggs 5 days after becoming a moth. This is normally after multiple mating and can live up to three weeks.
The adult moth can fly long distances at night to colonize new areas.

Good post. I will be experiencing some of these issues as well..
I believe what you published was actually very logical.
But, what about this? what if you typed a
catchier title? I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to
run your website, however suppose you added something to maybe grab folk’s attention? I
mean Fall Army Worm Life-cycle – Zaois tech is kinda vanilla.
You ought to look at Yahoo’s front page and watch
how they create article titles to get viewers to click.
You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab readers excited about what you’ve got
to say. Just my opinion, it would make your website a little bit more interesting.
Thank you for the insight. We appreciate.
